   PRM Finalization for New Launch Y + 3 with Marketing Team for Clear launching plan-Engaged in Calculation of New Model Cost, Target RMC/ Profit Finalization for New Model-New Product Development and its Introduction (NPI) through NPD Cycle-To lead and guide the product team as a Project manager-To review marketing requirements for development of a new product or modification of an existing product-To determine feasibility for realization of the product, with the Product Development Team-To work in close Coordination with the Industrial designers for the Design & styling of new products-Validation / evaluation & modification of drawings / Designs created by CXD with DFMA / DFMEA approach-Selection of the Mould developers for the development-Tool & Mould Design reviews with the Design House /Mould Developer for the new projects-Freezing the development plan of molds and subsequent trials-To Prepare BOM & DMC for the new products-New component design: validating Design for Injection Mould Design / Press Tool-To get develop prototypes (In-house/Outsource) for design validation-To evaluate the costs of the project and the product. Planning & coordination with the internal team and business partners for delivery of new product development within schedule timelines.
