   Working in the area of mechanical design, fabrication and assembly of different R&D projects (such as Missile & Launcher System, Radar & Antenna system, RF Microwave related components, electro-mechanical systems etc. for defense, aerospace and other organizations) which are carried out by SAMEER KOLKATA CENTRE.Executing different R&D projects, preparing and checking detail fabrication drawings.Supervising in the workshop floor of this R&D Laboratory.Involved in file management and manpower management in office & workshop floor. Generating 3D & 2D-drawings for electro-mechanical systems, mechanical components & structures, assemblies related to the projects using software like AutoCAD, Draft Sight, Solid Works, Solid Works PDM.Preparing detail manufacturing drawings (assembly, sub-assembly, and part drawings).Preparing I.P.D.(Integration process documents), B.O.M.(Bill of materials), M.D.I.(Master drawing index), Q.A.P.(Quality assurance plan) etc. documentation for every system assemblies.Generating cable routing.Preparing Process Sheet/Route Card to ease the components fabrication.
