As a founding member and Head of Business Finance for Flipkart’s Minutes Business, I led the end-to-end integration of infrastructure, supply chain, technology, people, selection, pricing, and marketing for the first 100 stores, building the organization from the ground up.Currently, I lead FP & A and Performance Management for Ekart and CX business while overseeing the end-to-end P&L for CX and Ekart Externalization. Our focus at Ekart Externalization is to build a cost-effective, reliable logistics and warehousing ecosystem for partners and D2C brands. Previously, I served as Head of Business Finance for Flipkart’s Non-Apparel Business (P&L of over $1.5 billion) and led Supply Chain Strategy, significantly enhancing customer experience and profitability.In earlier roles at Bharti and Reliance, I pioneered key business strategies. I am a thought leader and design thinker with a passion for business planning, financial planning, strategic initiatives, and design excellence.I hold an MBA from FMS, University of Delhi, and an engineering degree from NIT Jamshedpur, with experience spanning e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and infrastructure sectors.
