Handling the production department monitoring a team of approximately 90 member effectively every shift in Shop floor.*Responsible for Assembly line.currently I am working in Electric Vehicles project.*Handling fabrication line also.* Checking material availablity and Poka-Yoke before starting of Production on daily basis.* checking First job inspection (FJI) and hourly basis quality of the products for quality standard meet.Adherence to SOPs and 5S during working.• Monitoring the production, quality, cost, delivery, safety and absenteeism effectively through DWM.• Adherence of various routine audits like SQPDCME BOARD 5S, Safety, JH boardSafety - Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents, adhering to safety norms, work risk assessments, preparing & following SOPs, conducting safety trainings/ engagements, & so on • Providing classroom trainings and On Job trainings to the team members for enhancing skill and risk mitigation-Update Daily Production data and for Tracking target of line -Daily update OEE report for increasing productivity-Process and product audits on daily basis on shop floor for ensuring smooth flow of production with good quality.* monitoring rejection areas and implement 5s and continuous improvement on daily basis.* Implement quality control measures to ensure that product meet industry standard and specifications.
