Job Responsibilities:• To Prepare the client Bill as per BOQ, Technical specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.• To Prepare the Sub-contractor billing, quantity surveying, preparing BBS for site execution & billing purpose.• Prepare the monthly consumption/ reconciliation statement of construction material.• Preparation of Periodical Progress Reports such as DPR, WPR, FPR, MPR & scheduled updating of various MIS trackers.• Provide billing related information/documents to client as per contractual/client requirement.• Documentation of site/ office related documents such as Drawing, pour cards, checklists, RA Bill Copy & various Correspondences.• Site Visits-Physical taking of measurement at site case to case.
