Processing Payroll of both. Making reports such as : Headcount, Absconding, Master Data, etc. Handling manpower. Coordinating with the department heads for employees performance appraisal. Leave management. Training & Induction of newly joined employees. Proper documentation and file keeping in a systematic way. Making letters like : Absconding, Appointment, Warning, Termination, etc. Full & Final of the resigned/terminated employees. Previously I was working at IPCA Laboratories Ltd. which is a well known pharma gaint. I used to manage time office in HR department. I have good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc. I am also good with internet applications. I am good team person to work with. I have the knowledge of 5S methodology, TPM ( Total Planned Maintenance ), FI ( Focused Improvement ) and various work efficiency increasing methods.
