Chanda Santana is the Founder and Executive Director of Divas Who Win Freedom Center, a nationally certified recovery community organization—and the only gender-specific, dual-missioned RCO in the country—serving women at the intersections of addiction recovery and sexual exploitation.Founded in 2018, Divas Who Win has grown into a $1.2 million sanctuary for system-impacted women, offering peer-led recovery, harm reduction, MAT access, trauma-informed care, and economic empowerment. Each month, the organization walks alongside over 150 women on their healing journey—reclaiming bodies, breath, and voice.Under Chanda’s leadership, the organization has launched two social enterprises: • The Freedom Boutique, an upscale thrift store providing workforce training and dignity-filled retail therapy • The Freedom Experience, the first anti-trafficking immersion model in the U.S, designed to train advocates, equip allies, and spark systems change from the inside outThis is not charity.
