ABOUT CHANCEY ROWE
In my current role as VP of Commercial Services, I assist our clients with their transactional needs in Las Vegas and other markets they may have real estate investments. My consistent commitment to service places me at the heart of every transaction serving as a liaison for our clients and the Fidelity National Title team. I have over 15 years of commercial real estate planning, transactional, marketing, public relations and title insurance experience. I understand the unique demands & complexities that come with every deal. I am resourceful, solution-oriented and endeavor to provide the highest level of service to my clients. As a result of my experience working with the legal community, private equity groups, investors, gaming and hospitality sectors, I am accustomed to working with clients on complex transactions where there are unique debt structures, legal issues and multiple beneficiaries involved. I am a long time resident of Las Vegas and a UNLV graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. I am also licensed in Commercial Real Estate. I am actively involved in several charity endeavors to give back to my community. I presently serve on the Board of Directors for UNLV’s Men’s hockey team. I am also a co-chair for Friends of the Shade Tree, a Las Vegas based charity supporting The Shade Tree shelter for homeless or abused women, children and their pets. Outside of my professional commitments, I enjoy adventures with my husband and our two adopted Goldendoodles Archer & Ryelee. I enjoy traveling, playing golf, yoga and fly fishing. I am also an equestrian with a true passion for horses competing in the hunter/jumper circuits regionally each summer.
