Hired as first Guest Experience Director, and charged with improving guest satisfaction and engagement throughout the Center. Successfully, increased overall employee courtesy ratings by 10% within a year through creation of new guest-focused department, introduction of Center-wide service values, and cross-departmental committee focused on increasing the guest engagement. In addition to guest operations, responsibilities include: volunteer management, public programs, and special events- Program Design – Created a public programs department which developed a diverse program portfolio consisting of presentations by subject matter experts, and live shows and demonstrations- Data-based Decision Process – Implemented the use of big data analytic software integrated throughout the Center to develop models for forecasting for more efficient use of resources- Creative Revenue Generation – Led the development, vendor selection, and implementation of a second-gate, state-of-the-art holiday light show generating approximately $1.5MM in additional revenue.
