Operate and monitor the Hydrocracking (HDC) and Continuous Catalytic Reforming (PTR3/4) units to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production of high-octane reformates and ultra-low sulfur fuels.Assist the board operator (CSS) with maintaining process variables such as reactor temperature, hydrogen partial pressure, catalyst circulation, and product separation through field instrumentation and lineup changesConduct routine field rounds and equipment inspections to verify mechanical integrity, catalyst performance, and hydrogen balance.Perform sampling for analysis to confirm product quality, adjusting feed, recycle streams, and other various parts of process as required.Coordinate catalyst regeneration and reactor start-up/shutdown activities while adhering to process safety management and permitting requirements.Troubleshoot unit upsets, pressure imbalances, and heat exchanger fouling to maintain operational reliability and minimize downtime.Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and safety teams during planned turnarounds and routine day to day operation.Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and operational records for handovers and compliance audits.
