ABOUT CHANCE ADAMS

With an unwavering commitment spanning nearly two decades, I proudly stand as a catalyst for transformative wellness initiatives, having directed and developed a groundbreaking network of Wellness Centers for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Over the course of six transformative years, I spearheaded an unparalleled expansion, witnessing a staggering 636% growth from 2 to 14 facilities, translating to an average attendance surge from 5,500 to an impressive monthly, revolutionizing the rural Southeast Oklahoma fitness landscape. I served multiple roles in addition to Director. As the General Manager of the flagship facility, my leadership brought forth an extraordinary evolution: a 1145% increase in the class schedule, skyrocketing from 11 to an impressive 137 classes per week. Monthly attendance soared from 4,500 to an outstanding showcasing the profound impact of our tailored fitness and wellness interventions. Beyond facility management, I established and served as the head coach of the Choctaw CrossFit affiliate, a venture that blossomed into 7 locations. Amidst organizational shifts placing my program under the Health Services umbrella, a collective of hospitals and clinics, I seized the opportunity to synergize resources. I spearheaded the development of an innovative incentive program, resulting in a robust data collection system. This initiative facilitated the tracking of key metrics, enabling a comprehensive analysis of health biomarkers, disease prevalence, and remarkable disease reversals among a diverse group of individuals within the healthcare system. Furthermore, to date, proposals I\'ve written and projects I\'ve directed have resulted in an astounding infusion of approximately $135 million into preventative health programs, fitness, and wellness facilities for two of the largest Native American tribes, the Choctaws and the Cherokees. This financial support has been instrumental in propelling my personal mission forward and ensuring the sustained success and future of tribal health & wellness. The numbers tell a compelling story of growth, impact, and financial stewardship: a 636% increase in program reach, a 1145% surge in class offerings, and an impressive expansion to 7 CrossFit affiliates. These statistics, coupled with my multifaceted role as a leader, coach, and data-driven strategist, define me as a trailblazer in the realm of health and fitness.
