ABOUT ARTHUR CHAN
I am a user researcher with a design background. My methods are qualitative focused, I obtained my PhD in Design Thinking at Loughborough University.I joined Farsight Consulting, now Version 1 back in March 2024 returning to consulting and working on Gov digital services and before that I was at BT Consumer Digital. I joined BT back in April 2021. Prior to going ‘in house’, I spent the 20••••21 working consultancy side on a Gov.UK digital transformation projects that is critical to UK infrastructure post EU Exit. I was the sole researcher for majority of the project. I am experienced in working with lean UX principles, GDS standards and alongside different stakeholders (senior management, senior civil servants, delivery teams and end users).
