With over a decade in real estate development and eight years in construction, I’ve led projects from blueprint to final build, creating spaces that not only add value but also strengthen communities. That foundation of vision, execution, and resilience is what I now bring into every part of my work.As the Founder of Birchwood Collective, a Founder Growth Lab, I help entrepreneurs grow from the inside out. Traditional incubators focus on pitch decks and market fit; I focus on the founder.
