I\'ve built customer segmentation and forecasting models using machine learning, product dashboards, performance scorecards, and data products that have helped companies both generate and save millions of dollars. I was the first Alteryx user at Air Canada and showcased the power of data analytics to my colleagues. We automated hundreds of processes and saved thousands of hours. It got me hooked. Now, I work to advance Canada\'s data maturity, one step at a time. I run two companies in data analytics. Compass Analytics is focused on helping organizations delivering their ambitious data initiatives. Compass Academy (Compass Data\'s training arm) teaches core data skills in data analysis and data engineering to people looking to break into analytics. I\'m also the Head Coach for the Master of Management Analytics (MMA) program at McGill University where I help the next generation of talent break into the data analytics industry using a custom designed playbook that has helped them achieve a Nº1 ranking in Canada and Top 5 in North America.
