   Lead the Private Bank – Internal Reporting team of six. End to end ownership of providing support and assisting multiple business and finance teams to prepare financial performance metrics at banker, client, segment and entity level. To help segment finance directors to procure the month-end Management Information as per specific expectations, reconcile against golden source – SAP. Prepare monthly banker financials, enable changes to align with strategic requirements, handle change management and problem solving, perform analytics to unravel data issues and provide insights about data logics. Maintain data quality in the transaction system, effectively handle change management of reports and activities. Handle large volume of data, effective utilization of multiple tools such as Excel, MS Access & SQL server. Leading the migration and transformation projects on Cost Tracker, Internal Funds, Float Income and few other reports. Identify and migrate the databases to SQL Server; Transform the existing reports to more latest industry specific tools such as Alteryx and Tableau. In the last three months, identified the repetitive processes and lead the team in building Alteryx workflows which saved up to 36 monthly manual hours.
