I build data infrastructure that bridges the gap between scattered information and trustworthy insights. At Attain ABA, that means turning fragmented data from disparate systems into clarity for our entire organization. In turn, teams are empowered make decisions based on what\'s actually happening instead of what they hope is happening.My core competencies include understanding business processes from beginning to end, uncovering hidden data insights, bringing data from multiple sources together, and presenting conclusions in user-friendly reports and dashboards. I believe you can\'t write good code without strong communication with your team and stakeholders. I spend time understanding everyone involved in a project - from those driving the initiative and all the way to those using the product daily. I\'ve learned that the best products are built by understanding people, not just code.There are times when a value is inputted by one team, updated by another, used by a third, and reported on by a fourth. Despite the confusion, I\'ll negotiate between departments to find a streamlined solution that ensures everyone gets what they need without extra friction to their workflow. By validating concerns and accounting for different user preferences, we collaborate on smart, strategic solutions that save time and increase satisfaction.Outside of my work day, I\'m passionate about helping others navigate the tech field. I taught the first virtual Girls Who Code cohort at my college, and 70% of the 20 students I worked with went on to pursue STEM careers. While pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics at Touro University, I\'m sharpening my technical proficiency in database management and data analytics. Collaborating with classmates, colleagues, and LinkedIn connections helps me learn best practices and tried-and-true tips, so thank you for connecting with me here and contributing to this platform.
