   I am currently a Senior Program Manager with Parsons, and I provide direction and management for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), whose client is the Library of Congress (LOC) to support the complex US$45M+ Visitor Experience Master Plan (VEMP) for the historic Thomas Jefferson Building (TJB), completed in 1897. The VEMP program consists of multiple projects—the entry and welcome areas to the TJB, the new Orientation Gallery, Treasures Gallery, Kislak Gallery, Youth Center, and required egress upgrades, with the anticipated project completion in time for the Semiquincentennial Commemoration on July 4, 2026. With a fixed opening date, I lend client support to optimize all aspects of the program for an on-schedule and on-budget completion. This includes supervisory oversight, program management, and administrative duties for the VEMP’s planning, budget, design, construction, and historic preservation of the TJB.
