I’ve worked across the automotive and medical device industries, where I’ve led initiatives that reduced rework by 50% and improved inspection efficiency by 81% by applying structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.What excites me most is solving real production problems—whether it’s identifying root causes using 8D and 5 Whys, improving process capability through SPC and DOE, or working cross-functionally to implement sustainable corrective actions.
