Lead and supervise commissioning activities on-site, ensuring the safe and efficient startup of systems and equipment. • Commission critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure in new and existing buildings including but not limited to uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), power distribution units (PDU), critical generators, and equipment power monitoring and automation systems• Coordinate and execute detailed testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for electrical systems.• Maintain and build client relationships through honesty, transparency, and effective communication not limited to project readiness for commissioning, resource allocation, and other commissioning related deliverables from pre-commissioning activities to final reports and hand off to operations• Provide training and distributing assignments for new commissioning agents in L2 and Level 3 commissioning• Review technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and specifications, to ensure alignment with the project requirements.• Perform system checks, inspections, and adjustments to ensure that all installations meet required safety and performance standards.• Maintain detailed commissioning reports and documentation for project records and future reference.• Identified and implemented process improvements to streamline operational efficiency.
