Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and Chair to help direct governance activities and continued engagement of TTFI. Plan and execute quarterly onsite and offsite board events, including meetings, presenters, social events, tours, and meals, utilizing discussion with CEO, board chair, and committee chairs to set agendas & priorities.
