Organizational Change Management project.Managed a USSD Gateway development and migration project from the ADL end for Afghan Wireless, Afghanistan.Led the program delivery with defined road maps of all projects and meeting project timelines to ensure revenue recognition according to the forecast.Identify resource requirements, training needs assessment, SLA compliance and governance, risk management & compliance in delivery and support-related activities.Develops and administers project budgets, schedules and performance standards.
