About Chamika Sudusinghe
Research Website: https://chamika2.web.illinois.edu/I am a 2nd year Computer Science Ph.D. student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), affiliated with the ADAPT research group led by Prof. Charith Mendis. I am broadly interested in Compilers, Computer Architecture, Deep Learning, and Performance Optimization. My current research focuses on building data-driven cost models that guide compiler decisions across heterogeneous hardware platforms and diverse workloads.I’ve been actively involved with since 2017, contributing to global (MGA), regional, and sectional initiatives. I currently serve as the Vice-Chair of the Student Activities Committee and the Young Professionals Committee.
