She graduated from GCU with a MA in teaching. 14 years of teaching gave her extensive communication skills and community ties. However her passion has always been marketing and giving a story to different properties. Married to a refined custom home builder, gives her insights and a deep understanding to all aspects of investing and selling homes and properties in the ever-changing market. She sees the quality in the construction of homes and can visualize the possibilities a property may encompass. Chamese began her career in 2012 at a top RealEstate firm in Central Oregon. She was instrumental in the closing of numerous luxury sales. Missing the team aspect and less corporate environment, she opened Legacy Realty, a boutique company with a culture centered on customer service and professionalism. She has successfully represented clients in a variety of challenging and changing markets, many of which required out-of-the-box thinking, creative marketing and confidential client representation. She has been highly successful with selling re-sales, new construction, and start up developments using her unwavering determination, highly comprehensive understanding of real estate, marketing, negotiation and differentiating to meet each clients’ needs.
