I\'ve been building and working on things for as long as I can remember. Not because I had to, simply because I couldn\'t imagine doing anything else.I\'ve worked across sales, coaching, finance, UX, and property for 20+ years, and not as separate pieces, but as a well-connected experience stack. Each role taught me something the other couldn’t, how to work with people, how customers experience a business, and common issues. More importantly, I learnt how to inspire momentum from within an organisation, instead of forcing it from the outside.I am also employed with Tide - a leading UK business banking platform. Specifically, my role is to create and maintain partnerships with other businesses, including hosting workshops, attending events, and assisting businesses to maximise their potential, whilst minimising their financial admin.
