Senior Engagement Lead @Global Health Visions

View department →

Portland, OR, US

I provide strategic guidance, thought partnership and practical support for a large philanthropic foundation\'s advocacy and communications teams working to achieve SDG2 - Zero Hunger - through agricultural development, nutrition and related portfolios. I support the foundation\'s engagement with key multilateral agencies, including FAO, IFAD and the World Bank, to advance the foundation’s strategy for inclusive agricultural transformation. This work aims to build and maintain strategic, high-leverage partnerships with the greatest potential for scaling Agricultural Development innovations and supporting Global Public Goods. It also includes support for one-on-one engagement between foundation leadership and the heads of the UN Rome-Based Agencies (RBAs), and supporting its broader advocacy in Rome through the use of voice and convening power in the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) and the diplomatic corps.
