And miles to go before I sleep\"- Robert Frost.Ayan is an experienced Transformation Consultant and Agile practitioner who aspires to infuse \"Innovation\",\"Customer Centricity\" and \"Agility\" as a way of living rather than practising it only at the workplace.Presently, Ayan leads the Agile Practice at Lufthansa Digital Hanger, driving the Agile transformation within the organisation with the in - house community of practice. Prior to this, Ayan has played the role of Transformation Consultant working with South East Asian clients to bolster them in their transformation journeys towards a more nimble organisations. Ayan has also played the roles of an Innovation Champion, Transformation Consultant and a Scrum Master at Serrala and Tata Consultancy Services. He carries with him an enlightening 10 + years of rich experience in Information Technology space.Ayan is an engineering graduate and has also pursued Post Graduate Program in International Business from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan Prior to his business studies, he was working with Tata Consultancy Services for around 2 and a half years as a Systems Engineer, where he has taken an active part in software development activities and SAP Supply Chain Consultant group.In his free time, Ayan likes to indulge in photography. Ayan is also an avid traveler who has backpacked to about 9 countries in mainland Europe experiencing the varied culture and lifestyle of people dwelling in these geographies.
