I am a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager with over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, currently working as a Product Manager at PGS. My journey from a trainee to leading product initiatives has been shaped by a passion for building solutions that align with business goals while genuinely solving user problems.Over the years, I’ve worked across diverse domains such as enterprise document management, telecom provisioning, e-commerce, and customer care solutions. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with global clients including AT & T, Cricket, SingTel, PLDT, Altice, and PFG—gaining exposure to large-scale systems and high-stakes delivery environments.
