Develop and maintain JD Edwards OneWorld product configurator for multiple manufacturing sites (Greene, New York and Muscatine, Iowa).Utilize Root Cause Analysis to analyze, troubleshoot and debug product configurators. Develop, document, and maintain standard procedural instructions.Work within various business systems to manage and control configurator changes. Analyze issues, and implement change requests.
