Developed a new IndiGo\'s FPH \"Flights + Hotel\" Platform from the ground to drive FL and improve trip package value, backed by user research, competitor analysis, stakeholder inputs, and design testing.Redesigned core B2C IndiGo’s booking user flow to enhance efficiency and drive conversions. Led major aspects of IndiGo’s UX revamp and contributed to building a new design system.Handled BAU growth enhancements on the IndiGo flight booking platform, solving key user issues through data-backed design.Drove end to end B2B booking portal “IndiGo Partner Agent” from scratch starting with layer 1, shaping the product through research and stakeholder alignment throughout journey.Designed UX flows and strategies for IndiGo’s new 6E Bluechip Loyalty Program to help members earn and redeem rewards. Currently leading the implementation Dark UI for the loyalty interface.
