Establish scalable operating frameworks and governance models to improve execution efficiency, compliance, and service delivery outcomes.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee US staffing operations across recruitment, onboarding, contract management, documentation, and consultant deployment• Design, implement, and optimize scalable operational frameworks, governance standards, and performance models• Manage client and vendor engagement, ensuring post-placement documentation, compliance workflows, onboarding readiness, and operational governance• Align candidate shortlisting, workforce planning, and deployment with real-time client demand and timelines• Standardize workflows across submissions, onboarding, compliance, and delivery handoffs to reduce turnaround time and risk• Define, track, and optimize KPIs, SLAs, and productivity metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement• Provide leadership coaching and operational guidance to enhance execution quality and team effectiveness• Direct internal hiring initiatives, including recruiter evaluations, compensation alignment, onboarding strategy, and role readiness• Build and strengthen long-term client and vendor relationships through consistent communication, reliable execution, and compliance-focused delivery
