As a dynamic and results-driven IT professional, I’m passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex challenges and optimize infrastructure for business success. Currently, I\'m working at Amazon as a (DCO) Trainee, where I am gaining hands-on experience in managing high-demand, resilient systems that are the backbone of Amazon’s cloud services. This role has sharpened my skills in data center operations, server management, and large-scale infrastructure, as well as deepening my understanding of best practices in data security, uptime reliability, and operational excellence.Before Amazon, I served as a Consulting Engineer at Cisco, where I worked directly with clients to design and implement custom network solutions that addressed their unique business requirements. My role at Cisco allowed me to hone my technical skills in network engineering and my communication skills, as I frequently bridged the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This experience gave me in-depth knowledge of Cisco’s product suite and the ability to drive impactful change through customized, scalable solutions.Combining my technical acumen with a customer-focused approach, I am eager to continue growing in the IT and cloud infrastructure space, always striving to make technology an enabler for innovation and efficiency. Whether I\'m troubleshooting network issues, optimizing data center operations, or consulting on infrastructure strategy, I’m driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for continuous learning.
