Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operations- Oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, sales and sample order processing, dispatch, and customer service, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards and regulations.Inventory Management & Stock Reconciliation- Maintain optimal stock levels by closely monitoring stock movement, conducting periodic physical verification and reconciling inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking, particularly for critical medicines and temperature-sensitive products. Proficient in using the Progen ERP system.Logistics & Dispatch Planning: Plan and execute the dispatch of medicines, including Schedule-X, NDPS, and cold-chain products, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, temperature monitoring during transit, and timely delivery.Regulatory Compliance & FDA Coordination- Collaborate with the FDA for compliance-related matters, maintain statutory documentation, and manage Transport Permits (TP) for non-essential drugs, including regular visits to the FDA office to ensure smooth and compliant operations.MIS Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination- Generate regular MIS reports covering stock availability, returns (saleable/expired), dispatch status, and non-moving goods while coordinating with the accounts team to timely settle claims related to expired or returned medicines
