   As part of Nomura’s globalization initiative, I was chosen and given the opportunity to relocate to the US in June 2022 to be a part of loan syndication Operations US I expertly oversee the daily loan syndication process across primary and secondary markets, leveraging Loan IQ to process, review, trade, and resolve issues with precision. Leading the end-to-end loan closing process, I collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Business, Legal, Credit, Portfolio, Finance Product Control, and various department of Operations including the static data and the settlement operations—to drive timely and accurate transactions.Demonstrating deep expertise in syndicated loan to efficiently handle revolvers (swingline and LC), term loans, and delayed draw loans for agented, non-agented, and bilateral deals across various businesses including Power and Infrastructure, Fund Financing Services, Leverage Finance, Emerging Markets. Through this experience, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics of loan processes.
