Involuntary Corporate Actions: Handled debt interest processing for various Indian Institutional and Foreign Clients. Referred term sheets of different securities and calculated coupon payment considering various factors such as Holdings on record date, Coupon type, Coupon frequency, Holiday conventions, Face value, etc. Executed full redemption and partial redemption of debt securities which involves Quantity reduction, Face value reduction, Trade settlement after understanding system requirements.Co-ordination with issuers: Identified exempted clients on record date of corporate action event and provided tax exemption documentsto different issuers. Further, followed up for confirmations from issuers that are required for daily clientreporting. Tracked call and put options of debenture securities and closely monitored reminders (to be sent to issuers/clients), record date, exercise date, trade settlement upon exercise of call and put option.
