Proficiency in resourcing US Citizens & Green Card for information technology from junior to senior position through search engines (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Tech fetch, LinkedIn, Job diva etc.) networking and database. Expertise in full recruitment life cycles in US IT staffing. Proficient in sourcing, screening, head-hunting and submitting the resume that matches the client’s requirements through Job portals, Contacts, Database, Job diva and posting the requirements on the Web sites.
