Hey there!Chaitali here. I currently work at PhonePe US (California) under the App Platform Team, building a platform for A/B experiments which drive critical business decisions for the app. I am also part of rewriting the critical RemoteConfig and FeatureFlag SDK from Swift to Kotlin Multiplatform.Before that, I have been a part of setting up the Automation Platform for PhonePe for running UI Automation Tests before Beta and Production releases. Be it design decisions on flaky test handling, execution and prioritization of runs, device availability, infra management - I have been through it all! I am also handling on setting up a reliable Performance Lab Setup, hoping to catch regressions in critical L1 metrics before they hit production!I am always on the look out for design and architectural discussions, specially on infrastructure or backend.

   Developed the design and scaling of the organization-wide Test Automation Platform (T.A.P.), a Docker-based system supporting diverse frameworks (Appium, Espresso) for UI Automation and Performance Tests; the platform runs daily test cases and enables early alerts on critical L1 metrics prior to Beta releases.2. Executed the architectural migration of the critical FeatureFlag and A/B Experimentation SDKs to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) for iOS and Android, ensuring consistent feature flagging logic across both platforms, along with adoption acrossapps.
