In the field of psychology we know that how strong speaking and listening skills we need to thrive. In past two months, I have learnt alot about how to get through calls, talk to people, psycho-educate them and convince them to takes therapy for their existing issues. Yet Indians being Indians, nearly 90% of them keep lingering around the \"contemplation stage\". So, my job is to learn how to bring people to preparation and action stages. Listening to their issues, probing them more about the symptoms they are suffering from and at times just being an empathetic listener helps people to get through the dark.
