I’m a strategic and pragmatic HR leader who cares deeply about making complex things clear—and making work better for people. With 15+ years of experience, I’ve helped leaders and teams navigate change, make better decisions, and deliver results that stick.My career spans asset‑facing HR Business Partner roles and globally visible advisory work, giving me a rare end‑to‑end perspective. I’ve supported front‑line operations and senior executives alike—across corporate and field HR in Alberta, as Chief of Staff to the EVP HR in the Netherlands, and in U.S-based global consulting roles supporting the Deep Water portfolio. Across these contexts, I’ve built a reputation for connecting strategy to execution, balancing commercial realities with genuine care for people, and earning trust quickly.Today, as Total Rewards Manager for Shell Canada, I lead a team of highly skilled subject matter experts accountable for the design and delivery of HR policy, benefits, and pensions. Together, we’ve strengthened the employee value proposition by modernizing benefits, stewarding competitive and sustainable pension plans, and translating global Rewards strategy into locally relevant solutions that work—for the business and for employees.
