Contribution to the Successful Integration of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for a Major Client in France.I played a key role in the successful integration of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on optimizing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. My responsibilities included- Configuration: Setting up and aligning the WMS framework with the MHE systems to meet the client’s specific operational requirements- Testing and Validation: Conducting comprehensive tests for new modifications in the MHE-WMS setup, analyzing their impact, and ensuring system stability, reliability, and optimal performance- Issue Analysis and Resolution: Investigating bugs and technical issues within the integrated systems, reproducing reported problems, and performing root cause analysis to resolve them effectively- Collaboration with Development Teams: Managing and monitoring tickets, coordinating with developers to address challenges, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives- Client Support and Satisfaction: Providing timely and effective solutions to minimize issue recurrence, thereby enhancing client trust and satisfaction- Design and Workshops: Designing solutions for new requirements and facilitating design workshops to align on functional and technical approaches- Technical Proposals: Recommending and proposing technical solutions to address identified needs- Documentation: Writing functional specifications, as well as high-level (HLE) and detailed-level (DLE) estimations to ensure clear guidance for implementation- SQL Development: Developing SQL scripts and queries to support data-related requirements and system enhancements.
