ABOUT CHAIM KATZ
Chaim received his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering at the University of Toronto. He has started medical school at the University of Calgary. He has founded numerous initiatives and events to build community and support students whether it be graduate engineering association, research conferences, or a network to provide home made masks during a pandemic. Through this work, he has gained invaluable insights in management and skills in teamwork. In his graduate degrees, he has interned in clinical environments and continues to work with regulatory bodies, industry, and research. Something meaningful to him is to bring these efforts through his volunteering and work into the community.
