Since starting at Wisk, I\'ve lead the effort to study the energy levels to create and visibility of Barely Visible Impact Damage (BVID) in laminates with different types of sandwich core materials. I was also the main analyst for the anterior part of the airplane during the preliminary stage. Owned five parts through detailed structural substantiation, reporting margins of safety for failure modes in-plane strength, interlaminar shear, core shear, facesheet wrinkling, facesheet dimpling, interlaminar tension and buckling.After writing a Python code to calculate bonded joint margins, I performed the bonded joint analysis of circa 85% of the bonded joints in the aircraft and worked with colleagues to address potential solutions to problematic areas.I\'ve also created an Excel-based analysis tool for lug and clevis joints, which is used by several teams in the company. I added several functionalities to the team’s composite analysis tool, which included a piece of code to automatically generate engineering reports, which will save the company multiple weeks’ worth of work in engineering hours.
