About Chafik Hilal
FIFA licensed agent with a profound passion for football (soccer) and helping underprivileged young talent uplift their lives through football. Until recently I was a Senior Vice President at Ecolab leading in the Middle East, Africa and Europe. For the last 25 years I have had the opportunity to build lasting relationships, to collaborate with many organizations and to architect countless deals that enabled the growth and success of all parties involved. As a Moroccan-born American, I have experienced first hand the abundance of football talent in the streets of Casablanca, Marrakech and many other Moroccan cities. Equally, I have witnessed the lack of support or guidance for these young people to nurture their talent, land a career and to become a productive member of society. This is the main driver that led me to make the switch from the corporate world to the world of sports: the desire to help young athletes achieve their dreams of becoming professional football players.
