2021: My first steps in the Brickyard office were before they were “Brickyard” and before I was an employee - I helped them develop a rebranding/renaming strategy!2022: New job, new year, new BRAND. This was the year Golden Living Centers, a 24-location, employee company would rebrand to become Brickyard Healthcare.As challenging as it was rewarding, I learned and accomplished some things along the way-NEW WEBSITE OVERHAUL-🪧NEW SIGNAGE/AUTO-WRAPS-NEW DIGITAL PRESENCE (socials, Google, etc.)-INCREASED DIGITAL REPUTATION FROM 45% to 84% COSTUMER SATISFACTION-REBRANDED COLLATERAL-⌛BROUGHT IN NEW VENDORS + SOFTWARE TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND ORGANIZATION2023: Spearheading the launch of the Company Intranet was the largest project of this year (and I thought a rebranding was challenging). Here’s what that and some other projects looked like-INCREASE INTRANET ADOPTION RATE FROM 12% TO 84%-INCREASE IN WEBSITE FORM SUBMISSIONS (22% for customer; 53% for employee)-BRANDED & MARKETED 3 NEW SUB-BRANDS FOR COMPANY DEPARTMENTS2024: looking forward to maintaining a strong digital reputation and increasing awareness in local markets. Video marketing, campaign executions and listening to customer feedback will be focused this year, stay tuned!
