With over 28+ years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry, I have been responsible for dealing with the staff training and development of a new restaurant concept, to facilitating innovative change within an existing establishment. I am able to proactively promote a culture that helps to define the restaurant and recruit the team to sustain the environment.
