Chad X. Slater, P.E, a native Houstonian, is the Founder and CEO of Source2Load Engineering and Consulting (S2L) with over twenty-seven (27) years of engineering and project management experience. A proud BSEE graduate of Prairie View A&M University, my professional career includes experiences in the Nuclear Power Generation, Utility Power Distribution, and Oil/Gas Industries. I currently hold Professional Engineering Licenses in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Florida. I am extremely customer focused with high interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledgeable in all aspects of IBC, UPC, UMC, NEC, codes, standards, and local requirements. A proven record of delivering service that meets customer expectations and construction deadlines. Skilled in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering, PV Solar Design, AutoCAD, Revit, MEP Systems Design, Power Distribution Design, and Project Management.Responsibilities of include total administration, construction, management, financial analysis, and project time/completion control.
