Not long after, I played a central role in one of the most groundbreaking enterprise AI deployments of its era: IBM Watson. Often described as “ChatGPT before ChatGPT,” Watson was the most advanced system of its kind, and I helped lead its implementation at a major healthcare provider. Beyond deploying the tech, we drove deep behavioural and organisational change - laying the groundwork for what successful AI adoption really means.Since then, I’ve spent over a decade working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people.
