CMW Trucks is a small company that sells classic truck parts domestically & internationally. I established and built the company from the ground up. Website sales are the focus of the company. I built the site originally using Magento e-commerce software and recently changed to WooCommerce with a Wordpress core. I use Google analytics to monitor the site, push traffic with Facebook advertising and sometimes Google Adwords. As with all e-comm. sites converting traffic to sales is a top goal. ROI is still the bottom line. Along with generating sales, my role as owner allows me to sell over the phone with customers, pack & ship orders and work with vendors to purchase product.Overview• Grew from a new company to $200K in sales within 3 years with a very small advertising budget. • Total Company Management: Order product, manage inventory, provide day-to-day accounting, sell to customers over the phone, ship orders via Fedex, USPS and LTL. • Website Management - Add & edit products, updated site, website marketing, SEO/SEM, monitor Facebook presence and a lot more.
