Curious, driven, and always exploring I’m currently a Channel Marketing Manager at SMART Technologies, where I blend my background in sales, product marketing, and communications to support our global channel partners. My role focuses on strengthening partner engagement, shaping clear and effective channel communications, and developing the training, tools, and content that help partners confidently position and sell SMART solutions.Before I transitioned into marketing, I spent eight years in retail sales, building strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of customer needs. My career journey — from auto body work and ski hill operations to tile roofing and nonprofit administration — taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of learning from every environment. I also hold a Business Administration diploma from SAIT with a focus in management.I thrive in roles where I can bring structure to complexity, collaborate across teams, and turn insights into meaningful outcomes for partners and the business. I’m passionate about improving experiences, telling clear product stories, and helping people succeed.Outside of SMART, I stay connected to my cultural roots by teaching Ukrainian dance.
