ABOUT CHAD VAN STADEN

I’m passionate about building genuine connections and creating positive change, whether in professional settings or through community-focused work. My background spans diverse sectors - from supporting vulnerable communities in South Africa and Guatemala, to consulting on initiatives empowering indigenous women and girls, to education and strategy consulting, to working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), to presently being part of a successful recruitment team. Along the way, I’ve honed skills in relationship-building, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication, thriving in roles that challenge me to think creatively and adapt quickly. I take pride in tackling new challenges head-on, whether that\'s been learning a new language, stepping into unfamiliar territory, or coming up with alternative ways of doing things, and I’m always eager to keep growing. I\'m resilient, empathetic, and curious by nature, and I always strive to make a meaningful impact wherever I find myself.
