My career has centered on U.S. unconventional resource development in the Bakken, Delaware and Eagle Ford.Previously, I served as a Commercial and Land Advisor for XTO Energy, an ExxonMobil subsidiary, where I supported an operated development program in New Mexico. Before joining ExxonMobil, I spent 12 years at Marathon Oil Corporation, a ConocoPhillips subsidiary, where I held mineral, surface, and leadership roles, working on assets in Texas and North Dakota. Prior to my time at Marathon, I worked five years as an Independent Landman, on projects in East and South Texas.I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
